We commend Sikh leaders for their efforts to educate others about their culture and religious traditions. As described by staff writer Marijke Rowland in Monday’s Bee, the Turlock Sikh Temple hosted several mayors and other civic officials last Sunday with the simple goal of promoting understanding. The temple would like to make it an annual event.
