Interfaith event at Sikh Temple of Utah on March 6

I was recently contacted by the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable, an organization in Salt Lake City, Utah that “consists of over 220 individuals working to promote love, harmony, and an increased understanding among persons of all faith traditions, cultures, and belief systems everywhere.”

On Wednesday, March 6, the organization is holding an interfaith event at the Sikh Temple of Utah:

INTERFAITH MONTH 2013 EVENT:
EVENING PRAYER AND KIRTAN (CHANTING) SERVICE
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, AT THE SIKH TEMPLE OF UTAH

(February 27, 2013) Salt Lake City – Members of all faiths are cordially invited to share this evening prayer service with Utah’s Sikh Community, as part of Interfaith Month. Please note that head covering will be observed for both women and men during the service.
