New Gurdwara under construction for Oklahoma Sikhs

The Sikh community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, recently broke ground on a new, larger Gurdwara. The reason for the new facility is the growth of the Sikh population in the area: We need a bigger building to accommodate people. We started out in 1983 with 10 families, about 35 people.
