Wisconsin Gurdwara shootings: charting a path forward

It has been nearly a week since the shooting at the Oak Creek, Wisconsin Gurdwara. Yesterday, the memorial and funeral services were held for the six victims who did not survive. I pray that the Divine Spirit accepts their souls, and for the recovery of the critically injured. The memorial service and private funeral ceremony took place this morning for the six victims of last Sunday’s shootings at the Gurdwara in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Only that community and the families of the victims fully know their grief, but the resilience they have shown throughout this tragedy has been an inspiration.
