“This case is going to be broken by someone giving us that one vital tip,” said Officer Christopher Trim, a police spokesman.

The investigation continues into the shootings of Surinder Singh and Gurmej Atwal, the surviving victim who is still listed in critical condition in hospital and has not yet been able to speak with police.  The Sac Bee reports on the state of this admittedly challenging investigation so far.
